The Ford Bronco is a rugged off-road SUV with a strong American heritage, but it has never formed part of Ford Australia's regular new-car range. The current generation uses the same broad T6 ladder-frame family as the Ranger and Everest, giving it genuine connection to Australian-developed Ford hardware, yet it is produced only in left-hand drive for key overseas markets. For local buyers, the Bronco is mostly relevant as a reference point for Ford's global 4x4 capability and as an occasional private-import curiosity. Its appeal is clear: retro styling, removable-body adventure character and serious off-road intent in a package with more personality than a conventional family SUV.
