Subaru has revealed a new STI Sport version of its BRZ coupe with a range of cosmetic and mechanical enhancements – and a version is headed for Australia.
UPDATE, 30/09/2023 – SubaruAustraliahas confirmed a tS – or Tuned by STI – BRZ is bound for our shores.

The 2024 BRZ STI Sport gains the following equipment in the USA:

The BRZ STI Sport will be available with both a manual and automatic transmission.
Customers have the choice of seven colour options including WR Blue Pearl, Sapphire Blue Pearl, Ignition Red, Crystal Black Silica, Magnetite Grey metallic, Ice Silver Metallic and Crystal White Pearl.
Pricing starts from ¥3,420,000 (A$35,960) before on-road costs and taxes for the manual and ¥3,470,000 (A$36,476) before on-road costs and taxes for the automatic.
Subaru Japan has outlined other changes for the BRZ for the 2024 model year, including ‘optimised’ Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC) and a new tyre pattern for models equipped with R-grade 17-inch tyres.

While Subaru Australia hasn’t fully detailed the local 2024 BRZ range, it confirmed earlier this year the manual BRZ will gain Subaru’s EyeSight safety suite.
In June 2023, Subaru Australia confirmed the manual BRZ will gain Subaru’s EyeSight safety suite.
This will see three-pedal BRZs gain features previously exclusive to automatic models, including autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise control and lane departure warning.
