We all hate to see crashes involving rare cars, especially when they’re awesome-sounding cars like the Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale.

Today in Melbourne a rare 2004 Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale crashed into a Nissan Navara dual-cab ute, causing it to be upended on to a parked car next to it.

The impact was hard enough to destroy the front of the Ferrari, along with shattering the windscreen.

Surprisingly, the rest of the car was fairly intact despite the size of the impact.

The Ferrari was earlier seen at a restaurant just near the scene of the crash and published to an enthusiast car spotter page on Facebook. Police are currently investigating the cause behind the crash.
