Porsche Australia is recalling 231 examples of the Taycan electric vehicle (EV) to fix an issue that may cause moisture to enter the high-voltage battery pack.
This recall affects 231 examples of the Porsche Taycan produced between 2022 and 2023.
“Due to a manufacturing issue, there is a possibility of insufficient sealing between the high voltage battery casing and battery cover,” said the company in its recall notice.
“This could lead to moisture entering the high voltage battery.”

If you own an affected vehicle you should contact your preferred Porsche dealer to arrange an inspection and repair of the vehicle, free of charge.
