Porsche raises prices on most models in Australia

Porsche Australia has increased the asking price of the majority of its range by up to $38,900.

“In its pricing for products and services, Porsche always endeavours to offer our customers the most competitive vehicles,” said a Porsche Australia spokesperson.

“In view of these factors, price adjustments at the model year changeover are a customary practise in the industry.”

The only model that didn’t receive a price rise is the Panamera as there’s a new-generation model expected this year. It’ll likely bring higher asking prices.

The 911 Targa Edition 50 Years and the 911 Dakar didn’t receive price increases either as they’re both limited-production models. The 718 Spyder and Cayman GT4 have been axed too.

It’s worth noting the price increases for the Cayenne that vary between $3100 and $14,300 are part of the car’s “extensive” mid-life update. These models are due to arrive in the third quarter of 2023.

In addition to this price rise, the entry-level Macan and Macan T variants now receive autonomous emergency braking (AEB). It was previously locked into an option pack.

The higher-spec Macan S and Macan GTS already have AEB as standard. All Macan models still don’t have lane-keep assist though, which costs an additional $1100.
