The only thing BMW M owners like more than their cars, is accessorising their cars.

BMW already has a big catalogue of parts allowing you to add carbon fibre, funky exhaust tips, or tricolour stripes to your car, and now it’s added a piece of equipment usually reserved for race cars or Porsche GT models.

BMW M2, M3, and M4 owners are now able to add a set of centre lock wheels to their cars, lifted from the limited-run 3.0 CSL.

Rather than the traditional five nuts, centre lock wheels feature just one central nut that can quickly be removed in pit stops in the motorsports world.

Although they’re traditionally the preserve of race cars, centre lock wheels are also a fixture on Porsche GT Division cars, having debuted on the Carrera GT in the early 2000s.

Would you splurge for a set of centre lock wheels on your BMW M car?
