A new Audi sound system is set to draw a younger audience to entry-level models.
Audi has started a new brand partnership with hi-fi juggernaut, Sonos.
The partnership has developed a new sound system set to be implemented in the upcoming Q4 E-Tron electric SUV.

Audi has confirmed it’s rolling out the new Sonos sound system insmaller, entry-level models.
Seeing this sound system will be in the Q4 E-tron, it’ also likely to make its way into the A1 and A3, as well as the Q2 and Q3 SUVs.
Founded in 2002, Sonos is an American audio manufacturer that has risen to popularity with its range of wi-fi and portable speakers.

The Sonos sound system implemented in Audis will bring a more bass-heavy sound than what is currently available in its lineup.
This is intended to bring a breath of fresh air and draw a younger audience into Audi vehicles.
Although the sound system will be more bass-heavy, Audi says it will tune the Sonos system to have the same DNA as its other offerings.
This sound system will feature Audi’s ‘3D surround sound’ and a 580 watt amplifier.

The Sonos sound system and brand partnership will round out Audi’s audio offerings, sitting below the Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system featured in mid- to large-sized Audi vehicles.
