The updated BMW 4 Series Coupe and Convertible will arrive in the second quarter of 2024, but the range will be smaller than before.

BMW Australia has axed the 420i Coupe and the 430i Convertible, but will continue to offer the 420i Convertible, 430i Coupe and M440i xDrive Coupe and Convertible.

“The high volume of new BMW models introduced to the local market prompts us to constantly assess our product portfolio in line with customer demand and our commitment to offering products that suit individual needs,” a BMW Australia spokesperson told CarExpert.

“This has led us to restructure certain model line-ups for 2024.”

The updated 4 Series gets the latest BMW iDrive 8.5 operating system, freshened interior and exterior styling, and some feature additions.
