BMW M3 Comparison

Australia continues to be among the world’s best-performing markets for BMW M, with one in five BMWs registered here wearing the M badge.

More than 600 examples of the latest generation BMW M3 Sedan have been registered locally over the past year – putting it at the top of the sales charts for BMW M in Australia.

The first BMW M3 Touring wagon will be priced from $177,500 before on-road costs when it hits the market in early 2023, primed to challenge the Audi RS4.

Fresh from its recent Goodwood premiere after being announced in 2020, BMW’s über wagon becomes the fourth body type in the M3/M4 family.

As we’ve come to expect from BWM Australia, the M3 Touring will be offered only in harder-core Competition guise, with xDrive all-wheel drive.

The price makes it $8000 more expensive than the current M3 Competition xDrive sedan, and $21,300 more than the Audi RS4 ($156,200).
