    2023 Mitsubishi Express

The Mitsubishi Express is a discontinued mid-sized van that gave the brand a commercial vehicle option for Australian businesses. The most recent version was based on the Renault Trafic, offering a practical cargo area, sliding side doors and diesel power for delivery, trade and fleet use. It appealed to operators wanting a familiar Mitsubishi badge backed by a national dealer network, although it faced strong competition from Toyota, Ford, Hyundai, Volkswagen and LDV vans. The Express was focused on function: carrying tools, stock and equipment with predictable running costs. It is no longer sold new locally, leaving Mitsubishi's Australian range centred on SUVs, utes and plug-in hybrid technology.
