The new Kia Rio is a small car offered in a 5D Hatchback body style. Available in Australia from $19,090 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the S variant and topping out at $25,590 for the Gt-line.
There are 4 variants of the Rio available in Australia and this generation went on sale in June of 2021.
Engine options include 1.4L multi-point injection (73kW/133Nm) and 1.0L turbo petrol direct injection (73kW/172Nm). Available with 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic or 7-speed automatic transmissions. All variants feature front-wheel drive.
