TikToker Paul Maric turns small SUV into a...double bed?!

It turns out you don’t need to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a motorhome to go camping off the beaten path, all you need is a new Suzuki Jimny.

Paul Maric – TikTok influencer using handle @paulmaric, shared a viral video on TikTok showing the affordable Suzuki Jimny turning into a two person bed by simply removing headrests and lowering the seats.

“Want to know how to turn a Suzuki Jimny into a bed? Let me show you…,” Paul says in the video posted to TikTok.

The Suzuki Jimny is an affordable two-door, four-seat off-road SUV designed for those that want a Mercedes-Benz G-Class, but perhaps don’t have the budget.

“You come inside here, get rid of the headrests, drop the rear seats out of the way…” Paul says in the TikTok video.

“So it’s a bed…it’s probably not going to be overly comfortable, but you can put a mattress down here,” Paul says.

The Jimny is powered by a pint-sized four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine and retails from around $30,000 before on-road costs.

The TikTok video, which now has over 1 million views, attracted amazement by TikTok commenters.

“It’s convenient. As soon as you wake up you can directly start the car and go to your local Orthopedic clinic,” one user jokingly said.

“Drink enough and anywhere is a bed,” joked another user.

“A bed for ants?” said one more user.

But, not everybody was as blown away by the concept of turning a car into a bed.

While another TikTok commenter said, “might as well just sleep on the roof.”

And that’s it. You now have a sleeping area for two adults made out of a car. Paul is 185cm tall (6’1″) and manages to fit by stretching out.

But, based on what you can see in the vision, you probably want a mattress to sit on top of the seats given they don’t exactly lay totally flat. But, beggars can’t be choosers when it comes to sleeping in the wilderness!
