Now here’s a video that’ll brighten up your day.
Red Bull was caught driving a championship-winning RB7 Formula 1 car around parts of Australia recently, and it can now be revealed it was all for a promotional video starring Daniel Ricciardo.
The video, which lobbed earlier today, shows Daniel (well, what appears to be Daniel) driving the F1 car around parts of Australia, up against Australian driving and flying legends.
Featured in the video alongside Ricciardo are Supercars champion Shane van Gisbergen, off-road racers Toby Price and Daniel Sanders, and aerobatic pilot Matt Hall.
The video follows recent appearances of the RB7 race car at the Sea Cliff Bridge and at Mount Panorama, where it was driven by Liam Lawson, a kiwi Formula 2 driver and Red Bull Junior.
Lawson drove the car both at Sea Cliff Bridge in New South Wales and at Mount Panorama, although in the video Ricciardo is portrayed as driving the vehicle.
It’s understood Lawson also drove the car during the other parts of the video.
Enjoy the video, it’s sure to put a smile on your face.
