Chery Omoda 5 prices slashed in EOFY deal

Chery is offering $3000 cashback on new and demonstrator model year 2023 and 2024 Omoda 5 crossovers until the end of June.

Available until June 30, a $3000 ‘factory bonus’ can be redeemed at purchase as a deduction from the advertised drive-away price.

The discount means the range now dips below $30,000 drive-away for a limited time, while it now peaks at just under $38,000 for the top-spec GT AWD.

The bonus isn’t otherwise redeemable for cash, and it only applies to Omoda 5 vehicles purchased and delivered before June 30 while stocks last.

Here’s a breakdown of current Omoda 5 drive-away pricing:

All Omoda 5 BX and EX models feature a 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine producing 115kW of power and 230Nm of torque, mated to a continuously variable transmission.

For model year 2024, all Omoda 5s received as standard a more powerful 50W phone charger, a frameless rear-view mirror with auto-dimming, and DAB digital radio.

The range was also expanded to include new GT and GT AWD models with a larger turbocharged 1.6-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 137kW of power and 275Nm of torque, mated with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
