Interested in a BMW X2?

The entire BMW X2 range has seen a $1000 price increase for 2021, though it’s otherwise unchanged.

The base sDrive18i costs $49,900 before on-road costs, with the range topping out at $73,900 before on-roads for the M35i.

A sportier-looking Mesh Edition, based on the sDrive20i, is due here in 2021. Pricing has yet to be revealed.

Related to the more upright BMW X1, the X2 also competes in the popular small luxury SUV segment. Its main competition consists of the Mercedes-Benz GLA and the Audi Q3 Sportback.

It lives in the shadow of its more practical X1 sibling. Last year, BMW sold 617 X2s against 3060 examples of its X1. The X1 was also outsold by its Mini Countryman platform-mate (926 units) and the Jaguar E-Pace (662).
