Kia Australia has issued a recall of 2020 Seltos models as it didn’t fit an anti-theft lock to the steering column that was supposed to be fitted.

    This means affected Seltos models aren’t compliant with Australian Design Rule 25/01.

    • A total of 2465 vehicles are affected.
    • Affected vehicles were available for sale from 25 October 2019 to 25 August 2020.

    Owners of the affected Seltos models will be contacted by Kia Motors Australia, and advised to arrange an appointment with their preferred dealer for an inspection and repair.
