These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") constitute an agreement between EVDealer Group Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "BYD Automotive" or "we") and individuals who participate in the "BYD SEAL Drive Away Offer" program (hereinafter referred to as "participants" or "you"). By participating in this program, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Eligibility. 1.1. The "BYD SEAL Drive Away Offer" is open exclusively to residents of Australia. To be eligible, participants must purchase a MY23 BYD SEAL Premium or Performance vehicle. The vehicle must be delivered between June 7, 2024, and July 31, 2024. 2. Pricing Offer: 2.1. Participants eligible under section 1.1 will benefit from special drive-away pricing. The pricing structure is as follows: • For a standard interior and standard paint MY23 BYD SEAL Premium for personal use (defined as use that is not intended for government, rental, or fleet purposes): • All States/Territories except WA: $58,798 Drive Away • Western Australia: $60,798 Drive Away • For a standard interior and standard paint MY23 BYD SEAL Performance for personal use (defined as use that is not intended for government, rental, or fleet purposes): • All States/Territories except WA: $68,748 Drive Away • Western Australia: $70,748 Drive Away 2.2. This offer applies exclusively to MY23 BYD SEAL Premium or Performance models and is not applicable to other BYD models. 3. General Conditions: 3.1. The offer extends to customers who have purchased a MY23 BYD SEAL Premium or Performance previously but have not yet taken delivery, provided the vehicle is delivered within the promotional period. 3.2. This offer does not apply to vehicles delivered before June 7, 2024. 3.3. BYD Automotive reserves the right to modify or terminate the "BYD SEAL Drive Away Offer" at any time without prior notice. 3.4. Fraudulent or misleading information provided by participants may result in disqualification from the program at the discretion of BYD Automotive. 3.5. Participants are responsible for any additional charges arising from optional features or configurations not included in the standard model pricing. 4. Legal and Compliance: 4.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts. By participating in the "BYD SEAL Drive Away Offer", you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
