I’ve been in the automotive industry for just over three years, starting in automotive parts and accessories sales and most recently as a Service Advisor. I’ve gained broad exposure across multiple brands and love being part of the entire customer journey. My biggest passion is learning about cars and their features. I’m always excited to explore new technology and innovations in the industry. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and learning new recipes, as well as spending time with my friends, family, and my pet cat Camille. My philosophy around customer service is simple: build genuine trust through honesty, clear communication, and going the extra mile. I believe every customer should feel listened to, respected, and excited about their purchase, whether it’s a service or their next new car.
