I have more than five years' experience in the automotive industry, having previously worked for BMW and Mercedes-Benz in roles across service desk, vehicle purchasing and vehicle valuations. I’m deeply customer-focused and approach interactions with empathy, ensuring customers feel heard, valued, and supported. Effective communication is extremely important to me, so I place a strong emphasis on building genuine rapport and meaningful connections with all of my customers. I consistently strive to go above and beyond in my commitment to advocating for customers. Cars, sports and film are my passions outside of work and consume much of my time on weekends. In both my professional and personal life, I’m driven by a genuine desire to support others and create a sense of comfort and trust.
