Hyundai Inster recalled

The Hyundai Inster is a small electric city car designed to make EV ownership feel approachable, practical and space-efficient. It takes the footprint of an urban hatch and adds SUV-inspired proportions, giving it a higher seating position and more visual presence than a conventional micro car. For Australia, the Inster gives Hyundai a lower-cost electric entry point below larger IONIQ models and Kona Electric variants. Its strengths are likely to be manoeuvrability, low running costs, clever cabin packaging and useful technology for city driving. It suits drivers who want an EV primarily for commuting, inner-suburban errands and efficient everyday transport, with longer trips left to larger Hyundai EVs.
