Stellantis has recalled the Chrysler 300 to fix a problem with the transmission.
“Due to the programming of the Transmission Control Module (TCM) the external noise levels may exceed the requirements of Australian Design Rule (ADR) 83/00,” the recall notice says.
“The affected vehicles might not be compliant under ADR 83/00.”

Owners of affected vehicles can contact their nearest Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealer to have the work carried, free of charge. The dealer will inspect the TCM software and update if necessary.
