The Aston Martin DBS Superleggera is a discontinued V12 grand tourer that revived one of the brand's most evocative performance names. It is no longer on sale as a new car in Australia, but it remains a significant modern Aston Martin thanks to its blend of luxury, speed and assertive styling. Powered by a 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12, it delivered enormous straight-line performance through the rear wheels while retaining the long-distance comfort expected of a flagship GT. The Superleggera name pointed to a lighter, more focused approach than the DB11 beneath it, with carbon-fibre bodywork and a more dramatic road presence.
