Groupe Renault is a French manufacturer of passenger cars, SUVs and commercial vehicles which forms part of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance.
The company was founded in 1899, and has a rich history in motorsport – including success in Formula 1 and rallying.
Current production models on sale in Australia include Renault Sport performance version of the Megane hatchback, the Captur, Arkana and Koleos crossovers, as well as the Kangoo, Master and Trafic commercial vans.
Long-running nameplates with a history in Australia include the recently-discontinued Clio light hatch, and regular versions of the Megane hatchback.
